Due to the special design of our pneumatic measuring technology in combination with the electronic measuring technology, we can offer you a measuring device with higher stability and accuracy here.
Bearing cross measuring automation & measuring stations with permanently installed measuring mandrels for maximum stability. Due to the large measuring range of the individual mandrels, a large undersize of the measuring body can be achieved so that even larger tolerances from shape and position can be taken into account and the components can be fed even more easily. By means of linearisation, small tolerances in the bores can be measured with optimum accuracy at the same time. The combination with electronic measuring technology rounds off the measurement here.
The base is designed so that two different components can be measured in mixed operation.
Bearing cross measuring automation, pneumatic – electronic measuring technology with machine follow-up control
Bearing cross measuring automation for two different components. The measuring units consist of a combination of pneumatic and electronic measuring technology. The components are taken from the processing machine by a robot and blown off on a blow-off station. The component is then placed on the support points of the measuring automation and after the robot has left the protective area, the component is clamped in the measuring position by pneumatic rotary clamps. The test units for the presence of the holes are fed in and the positions are scanned. The units are reset and after switching on the measuring air, the measuring head moves into the measuring position where the elements for groove distance measurement are turned out. The static measurement takes place and after evaluation the measurement results are displayed on the screen, sent to the interface for machine correction and stored on the computer. The measuring units are reset one after the other and measuring air is shut off. The release for component removal is sent to the robot and the component can be taken over by the robot.
Calibration is carried out automatically via Setting Master MIN. The calibration time can be freely set in the software; after the request, the robot removes the setting master from the master tray and places it on the pre-storage tray. The measuring automation recognises the setting master and the calibration cycle is carried out automatically. After removal by the robot, measurement can continue.
Bearing cross measuring station, pneumatic measuring technology
Manual measuring station for the concurrent measurement of two components. The component is placed on the combined support, the measuring programme is selected and after removing the plug gauge from the support, the measuring air is switched on. The manual plug gauge is inserted manually into the component and the static measurement takes place. After evaluation, the measurement results are displayed on the screen and stored on the computer. The final result is displayed on the screen and saved on the computer. The plug gauge is put down and the measuring air is switched off.
Calibration is done manually via Setting Master MIN. The calibration time can be freely set in the software. After the request, the setting master is placed on the pre-storage, the measuring device recognises the setting master and the calibration cycle is carried out manually as described under Measuring. After removal, measurement can be continued.
