Cylinder head measuring automation
This measuring automation is designed for measuring after machining in the robot cell. The customer’s robot places the cylinder head on the support points of the measuring device. After the release of the robot control, the measuring sequence is activated and the measuring cycle runs automatically. The cylinder head is pressed against the stops, clamped and the measuring probes are fed. The static measurement takes place and after evaluation the measurement results are displayed on the screen and sent to the interface for further processing. The units return to their resting position and the cylinder head can be removed.

Calibration is carried out automatically via the master by means of customer robots from the master tray.

Cylinder head measuring automation
This measuring automation is designed for measuring after machining in the robot cell. Via the customer’s robot, the cylinder head is placed on the pre-storage of the measuring device. After the robot control is released, the measuring sequence is activated and the measuring cycle runs automatically. The cylinder head is lowered, pressed against the stops, clamped and the measuring units are fed into the measuring position. The static measurement takes place and after evaluation the measurement results are displayed on the screen and sent to the interface for further processing. The units move back into rest position and the cylinder head is lifted and can be removed.

Calibration is carried out automatically via the setting master by means of supply and removal via customer robots from the master tray.
