Conrod measuring device with permanently installed measuring pins for maximum stability. Due to the large measuring range of the individual nozzles, a large undersize of the measuring body can be achieved and the components can be fed more easily. At the same time, optimal accuracy is achieved by means of linearisation.
In combination with e.g. weighing technology, labelling (laser) and sorting equipment, the connecting rod measuring device can be extended to cover all final inspection characteristics.
Connecting rod measuring device The connecting rod is aligned and placed on the support position. By pressing the start button, the measuring sequence is activated and the measuring cycle runs automatically. The connecting rod is lowered, the measuring units are placed in the measuring position and the connecting rod is pressed on. The static measurement takes place and after evaluation the measurement results are displayed on the screen. The units move into rest position and the connecting rod is raised again and can be removed.
Connecting rod weighing unit After placing the connecting rod on the support plate of the weighing unit, the connecting rod is weighed. By pressing the start button, the weight of the small eye / large eye and the total weight of the connecting rod is taken over and all results are displayed on the screen and saved.

Post Process Measurement – Connecting Rod Cap Offset for Passenger Car Connecting Rods
The components are placed on the support plates of the measuring unit by the handling system (2 components – 2 positions). After release by the handling unit, the measuring process is activated and the measuring cycle runs automatically. The measuring air is switched on, the connecting rods are lowered into the measuring position and placed on the support points. The static measurement takes place and after evaluation the measurement results are displayed on the screen and sent to the interface for further processing. The measuring air is switched off and the connecting rods are raised.
Calibration is carried out automatically via Setting Master MEANS. The calibration time can be freely set in the software. After the request, the measuring air is switched on and the Adjusting Master by Handling is placed on the measuring position (2 pieces). The calibration cycle is carried out as described under measuring. After calibration, the measuring air is switched off, the setting masters are lifted and put back with the handling.
A quick changeover is possible by simply changing the plug gauges, setting masters and support plate.

The component is conveyed via the customer belt under the measuring position and stopped. After release by the belt, the measuring sequence is activated and the measuring cycle runs automatically. The measuring air is switched on, the measuring unit with two measuring pins is lowered and pressed against the contact points. The static measurement takes place, after evaluation the measurement results are displayed on the screen and sent to the interface for further processing. The measuring air is switched off and the measuring unit is raised.
Calibration takes place automatically via the built-in setting master. The calibration time can be freely set in the software. After the request, the measuring air is switched on and the master plate is set to the calibration position. The calibration cycle is carried out, after calibration the measuring air is switched off and the master plate is reset.
A quick changeover is possible by simply changing the plug gauges, setting master and adjusting the centre distance.
