An assignment doesn’t end with a measurement report.

For our customer D&M Vacuumsystemen BV, we were asked to provide support in measuring a vacuum chamber. The customer owns a FARO Technologies measuring arm, but for this project our expertise was requested—especially because their client ultimately wanted to be present during the measurement, discuss the results on the spot, and gain very detailed insight into what he was actually seeing.

If only a cold report had been handed over, there likely would have been confusion. By instead presenting and explaining the results on-site, performing additional measurements, and engaging openly in the discussion, we were able to convince the end customer together that the component meets the requirements.
